Does your organization struggle with creating engaging instructional materials? Regardless of your audience Michelle can create entire classes or segments of classes you already have in use. She is proficient in GAP Analysis, Instructional Systems Analysis, ADDIE, ASSURE, KEMP. FEA, developing and measuring learning objectives, interviewing SME’s and so much more. She was an instructor for the University of Memphis and a mentor for their MILE (Memphis Institute for Leadership Excellence) program. She developed curricula for inner city schools (Memphis, TN through Peer Power Foundation) where she was Director of Communication and Development.
